What started as a weekend hobby quickly became something we loved sharing with others. My husband, Blake, and I began roasting coffee in our backyard, experimenting with different beans and roast profiles until we found coffees we couldn't wait to share. Before long, bags of our home-roasted coffee became our favorite gift for friends and family.

After years of roasting simply for the joy of it, we decided it was time to bring that same experience to our community. Victoria's Coffee Cart was born from a desire to create memorable gatherings centered around exceptional, small-batch coffee. Every event features the same home-roasted beans we've been perfecting for years, thoughtfully crafted into espresso drinks that bring people together.

Whether we're serving at a private celebration, corporate event, or neighborhood gathering, our goal is simple: to share great coffee, warm hospitality, and the joy that first inspired us to start roasting in our own backyard.
